Finally we have our new site of cheap and comfortable accomodations that we would like to rent for tourist stays in Rome. The whole area is equipped with stores, cinema, supermarkets , restaurants and public transport. All accomodations have a staff responsable for reception and logistic duties. We strongly advise to use the Underground which is close with the accomodations so that you will reach in a few minutes the City center. All accomodations have ADSL connection.

In the center of Rome just walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and Coliseum, our friend Marco has his restaurant. Here you can taste the real Roman cusine and traditional latium plates such as "Carciofi alla Giudia" or "Cacio e Pepe" or "Amatriciana". Fish food is also available.
Try it and book with us because the restaurant is also cheap.
Large apartment of 70 sqmt. located in the center of Rome with two bathrooms and breakfast included. Visualizzazione ingrandita della mappa The apartment has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, one living room with 2 beds, a open kitchen and 2 bathrooms, WIFI connection and heating/air conditioned. It can host until 5 persons maximum and the owner provide the breakfast for all guests inside. Just walking distance from the apartment you'll reach Via Nazionale, Fonatana di Trevi and Spanish Step. They are the apartments that have the best balance for price and quality.
They are located just 100 mt. far from Metro line "A" Battistini. Just around and in front of them you will find laundry-mat, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, bank, drugstore and pharmacy.
By metro you can reach the center of Rome in 15 minutes, such as Spanish Step or Piazza del Popolo while in 10 minutes you are in Vatican city.
The apartments are located in the same floor of a building one is 43 sqmt and the other is 60 sqmt with different accomodations inside. ADSL connection is present for both the apartments and linen ,towels and pottery are provided with them for Short Term.
For a Long Term stay , 1 months or more, we provide pots, pans, cutlery and pillows but linen and towels have to be brought with you and cleaned by yourself. Other services are the same as for Short Term.
Apartment cleaning are included in the price for short and long term.
If you are a family of 4-5 persons renting both for a short term period it's the right solutions.

Here you are only a short distance from Termini Metro Station and Via Nazionale and , within walking distance of some of the most important monuments (Piazza della Repubblica, Terme di Diocleziano, the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia, just to mention a few) is an extremely good choice for your Rome stay.
Rooms are located in a quiet and safe area of the city and offers elegantly refurbished bedrooms and all amenities necessary. ADSL connection in WI FI mode, plasma screen television, air-conditioning, minibars, exceptionally comfortable beds present in every room. In Viale Marconi we manage now an apartment that is so fixed: 1 living room with sofa-bed, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The apartment can guest 4 persons maximun and it's located 800 mt. far from Trastevere Station and 1 km. far from the core of Trastevere Area. Washing machine and internet connection WIFI are present.
This is a central zone full of history, which is becoming younger and fashionable, with excellent services.
Viale Marconi is famous for the shopping and also for roman night life, where you can find famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft and Speedy Gonzales.
In this area, you will find a lot of shops to do good bargains and many restaurants where you can have the pleasure to taste several typical roman dishes.
Viale Marconi is totally served by buses and trains that leave and arrive in Trastevere Station.
