How can I do a reservation?
To book we usually ask a prepayment in advance of 30% of total amount. You can use PAYPAL with your credit card or our Bank Account (in both cases commission to wire are on your charge). Prepayment booking wait for 2 days to confirm your stay. Advance payment will not be given back if not for imputable reasons to us. Our minimum stay is 3 days and the maximum stay is 1 year. In particular for long-term stay we ask some credentials to guarantee the reservation.
VERY IMPORTANT: Check in start from 09.00 am until 10.00 pm . Late arrivals after 10.00 pm have a penalty of 20,00 euro. Usually check-out is within 10.00 am. Guests must communicate 3 days before, exact time of arrival.
