To book we usually ask a prepayment in advance of 30% of total amount. You can use PAYPAL with your credit card or our Bank Account (in both cases commission to wire are on your charge). Prepayment booking wait for 2 days to confirm your stay. Advance payment will not be given back if not for imputable reasons to us. Our minimum stay is 3 days and the maximum stay is 1 year. In particular for long-term stay we ask some credentials to guarantee the reservation.
VERY IMPORTANT: Check in start from 09.00 am until 10.00 pm . Late arrivals after 10.00 pm are not accepted. Usually check-out is within 10.00 am. Guests must communicate 3 days before, exact time of arrival.

This apartment is around Via Nazionale just 100 mt.far from there. Guest inside have a private area with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with key to access inside. The bedroom is really big and can host up to 4 persons. In the apartment is present a second bedroom for 2 persons more with a second bathroom ideally for friends who knows eachother.
Important: In the apartment the owner is present to give assistance to the guest for any problems. He has his private area not shared with guests and not shared with their services.
In the apartment all service for guest are reserved only for them and not shared in other way.
WI-FI internet connection is present and hasn't extra cost.
The apartment is exact 500 mt. far from Termini Station. That's mean that guest can reach the apartment very easily even if they come from Fiumicino airport by train or from Ciampino airport by metro getting off in Termini Metro Station.

These are 12 apartments in Eur in Rome, located in a quiet and relaxing area of Rome.
All apartments are fixed on 2 floor, refined with wood and elegant ceramics in the bathroom and kitchen.
It's possible to rent also apartments for 4 persons but we advice this locations for couples or group of friends that like to stay in private way and wants also to reach the beach-side of Rome in few minutes.
A common pool is available for guests while each apartments has it's private garden.
The apartments have heating and air-conditioning and also a washing machine.
We strongly recommend for these apartment the use of car and the position is also good to reach in 15 minutes the beach area of Rome.
Price start from 140,00 euro/day and 700,00 euro/week per couple including domestic bills, kitchen utensils, linen and towels, apartment cleaning and WIFI ADSL connection.

Best price start from 70,00 euro per couple for a sail boat of 13mt.
Price include breakfast and taxes.

In the center of Rome just walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and Coliseum, our friend Marco has his restaurant. Here you can taste the real Roman cusine and traditional latium plates such as "Carciofi alla Giudia" or "Cacio e Pepe" or "Amatriciana". Fish food is also available.
Try it  and book with us because the restaurant is also cheap.

They are the apartments that have the best balance for price and quality.
They are located just 100 mt. far from Metro line "A" Battistini. Just around and in front of them you will find laundry-mat, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, bank, drugstore and pharmacy.
By metro you can reach the center of Rome in 15 minutes, such as Spanish Step or Piazza del Popolo while in 10 minutes you are in Vatican city.
The apartments are located in the same floor of a building one is 43 sqmt and the other is 60 sqmt with different accomodations inside. ADSL connection is present for both the apartments and linen ,towels and pottery are provided with them for Short Term.
For a Long Term stay , 1 months or more, we provide pots, pans, cutlery and pillows but linen and towels have to be brought with you and cleaned by yourself. Other services are the same as for Short Term.
Apartment cleaning are included in the price for short and long term.
If you are a family of 4-5 persons renting both for a short term period it's the right solutions.

Here you are only a short distance from Termini Metro Station and Via Nazionale and ,  within walking distance of some of the most important monuments (Piazza della Repubblica, Terme di Diocleziano, the Coliseum, Piazza Venezia, just to mention a few) is an extremely good choice for your Rome stay.
Rooms are located in a quiet and safe area of the city and offers elegantly refurbished bedrooms and all amenities necessary. In Viale Marconi we manage now an apartment that is so fixed: 1 living room with sofa-bed, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The apartment can guest 4 persons maximun and it's located 800 mt. far from Trastevere Station and 1 km. far from the core of Trastevere Area. Washing machine and internet connection WIFI are present.
This is a central zone full of history, which is becoming younger and fashionable, with excellent services.
Viale Marconi is famous for the shopping and also for roman night life, where you can find famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft and Speedy Gonzales.
In this area, you will find a lot of shops to do good bargains and many restaurants where you can have the pleasure to taste several typical roman dishes.
Viale Marconi is totally served by buses and trains that leave and arrive in Trastevere Station.
