BATTISTINI VIP and BATTISTINI GUEST are the apartments that have the best balance for price and quality.
Price include domestic bills and WIFI ADSL connection.
The apartments are in the same floor just attached and it’s possible to have a discount if you rent both for 1 week or more.
Weekly and Monthly stay in Battistini GUEST (2 persons) :

A third person can be hosted with an extra charge in the same bedroom.
Weekly and Monthly stay in Battistini VIP (2 persons) :
410,00/week – 1200,00/month
A third person can be hosted with an extra charge in an other bedroom.
They are located just 100 mt. far from Metro line “A” Battistini. Just around and in front of them you will find laundry-mat, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, bank, drugstore and pharmacy.
By metro you can reach the center of Rome in 15 minutes, such as Spanish Step or Piazza del Popolo while in 10 minutes you are in Vatican city.
The apartments are located in the same floor of a building one is 43 sqmt and the other is 60 sqmt with different accomodations inside. ADSL connection is present for both the apartments and linen ,towels and pottery are provided with them for Short Term.
For a Long Term stay , 1 months or more, we provide pots, pans, cutlery and pillows but linen and towels have to be brought with you and cleaned by yourself. Other services are the same as for Short Term.
Apartment cleaning are included in the price for short and long term.
If you are a family of 4-5 persons renting both for a short term period it’s the right solutions.

| Battistini Vip e Battistini Guest sono 2 appartamenti posti sullo stesso piano di un complesso condominiale. Ogni appartamento può ospitare al massimo 3 persone. Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno un grande balcone, rispettivamente il Vip di 35mq. ed il Guest di 20mq.. Gli appartamenti distano 100mt. dal capolinea della metro Battistini della Linea "A". Esattamente davanti all'entrata principale del condominio troverete una lavanderia a gettone, una farmacia, un bar e un negozio di "Frutta e Verdura" mentre vicino alla metro è possibile trovare un piccolo supermarket e un ottimo ristorante per cenare la sera chiamato "Pinco Pallino". A tal proposito vicino a questo ristorante e presente il Parco Giochi per bambini "Green Park". Tutti e due gli appartamenti sono dotati di biancheria per gli ospiti, hanno una cucina completamente attrezzata e si differenziano sostanzialmente per la presenza di un piccolo salone con studio e 2°camera da letto nel BATTISTINI VIP. La connessione ADSL è presente in tutti e due gli appartamenti in versione "CAVO" e "WI-FI". |
