Finally we have our DBLOG site of our apartments that we would like to rent for tourist stays in Rome. Should you come to Rome for job, study or a period of holidays, please contact us in order to come to an agreement as to the terms of your stay . Choose between : Battistini Guest House Battistini Vip House Gemelli Flats Marconi Flat The apartments are located in Vatican area and Trastevere area . The whole area is equipped with stores, cinema, supermarkets , restaurants and public transport. We strongly advise to use the Underground which is 100 mt. far from the apartments so that you will reach in a few minutes the City center. Apartments in Vatican area have ADSL connection for your laptop, instead the apartments in Trastevere area have private parking, TV-Sat and air-conditioning.

In Viale Marconi we manage now an apartment that is so fixed: 1 living room with sofa-bed, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The apartment can guest 4 persons maximun and it's located 800 mt. far from Trastevere Station and 1 km. far from the core of Trastevere Area. Washing machine is present but there isn't internet connection.
Anyway just 100 mt.far from the apartment you have internet point and laundry-mat.
This is a central zone full of history, which is becoming younger and fashionable, with excellent services.
Viale Marconi is famous for the shopping and also for roman night life, where you can find famous clubs such as Goa, Classico, Barone Rosso, la Saponieria, Loft and Speedy Gonzales.
In this area, you will find a lot of shops to do good bargains and many restaurants where you can have the pleasure to taste several typical roman dishes.
Viale Marconi is totally served by buses and trains that leave and arrive in Trastevere Station.

The apartments are located in the North part of Rome close with Gemelli Hospital and St.Peter Basilica have two large rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted as linen, tv, fitted wardrobes, showers and more.
Supermarket, shops, subway, and buses are around.
These apartments are right for persons that have to study at University of Gemelli ( Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore ) or that desire to stay close with St.Peter Basilica and Vatican Museum.
Private parking or free large lot parking at 100 meters distance from the apartments.
A car is not needed. 10 minutes by subway and 15 by bus to the Vatican.

To book we usually ask a prepayment in advance of 20% of total amount. You can use PAYPAL with your credit card or our Bank Account (in both cases commission to wire are on your charge). Advance payment will not be given back if not for imputable reasons to us. Our minimum stay is 3 days except rules in promotions, and the maximum stay is 1 year. In particular for long-term stay we ask some credentials to guarantee the reservation.

Our basic range prices are for 1-2 persons ( minimum stay 3 nights ) all inclusive of domestic bills, and ADSL connection. Prices are in Euro.
Battistini GUEST : 50,00/day - 350,00/week - 1000,00/month
Battistini VIP : 70,00/day - 450,00/week - 1200,00/month
Our prices are the same for all the year.
A third person can be hosted with an extra charge.
GEMELLI FLATS :
For 2 persons 70,00/day - 450,00/week - 1000,00/month
For 3-4 persons 100,00/day - 560,00/week - 1500,00/month
For 5 persons 130,00/day - 700,00/week - 1850,00/month
MARCONI FLAT :
For 4 persons 100,00/day - 600,00/week - 1500,00/month
For 3 persons 85,00/day - 550,00/week - 1350,00/month
For 2 persons 75,00/day - 500,00/week - 1200,00/month
All prices displayed are all inclusive of domestic bills and haven't additional cost.
Prices could change only in Easter and in the end of the year from 24 December
Our apartments will be cleaned during month, the price of this service is included in the monthly rent and cannot be discharged. We are in agreement with our guests to plan the service for all period they stay.
If you like to meet us directly in the airport where you will arrive you can book our pick-up from Leonardo da Vinci or Ciampino airport and of course the run to go back.
Moreover we have a convention with a Photographers studio that let you to print your digital photos for 0,15 cent/each (euro).
This apartment is smaller than Battistini Vip House, infact it has a living-room with a kitchen in the same area, a bathroom and a bedroom very comfortable for 3 beds and a balcony of 25 sqmt. ADSL connection 6 Mbit is present for your laptop. See the photos now.
This is fit for a max of 3 person and the facilities to have a second bedroom for the third person. Moreover the apartment is furnished with a fine materials like parquet and marmoir in the bathroom. A kitchen, a private studio and a living-room are included. The balcony is really big as 45 sqmt and especially in summer is fantastic to have a lunch.
