A Flat divided in 3 bedrooms with 3 external bathrooms , with hairdryer, for each room . Inside the bedroom you have TVSAT and Hand heating/Air conditioning. INTERNET WIFI is available for all guests without extra cost. A common kitchen fully equipped is available for the guests. It's important to remind that every day the rooms are cleaned and linen is changed. To arrive in APPIA FLAT from Ciampino airport you have to take the shuttle bus until Anagnina and from there take the metro line A getting off in Colli Albani. By Public services in 30 minutes as total you are arrived. By car it's more easy just 10 minutes to arrive here.
Instead from Fiumicino airport take the train until Termini Station and then from there take the metro line A until Colli Albani in 1 hour about as total you are arrived.

Questa location è situato nel quartiere Appio Latino, a 200 metri dalla fermata Metro A Colli Albani, in una zona commerciale con negozi, supermercati, bar, ristoranti e ogni tipo di servizio. A sole 2 fermate di metro dalla struttura c'è la Stazione Tuscolana, per il trasferimento in treno, ogni 15 minuti, verso l'aeroporto di Fiumicino mentre a 4 fermate metro si trova la Basilica di S. Giovanni e a 7 fermate la Stazione Termini.
Andando fuori Roma, a 6 fermate metro, c'è la Stazione Anagnina, da dove parte la navetta bus che, in 20 minuti, collega Roma con l'aeroporto di Ciampino.
La struttura si trova a 100 metri dal Parco della Caffarella immerso nel verde, dove tra ruderi e antichi casali è possibile fare lunghe passeggiate e raggiungere famosi reperti archeologici dell'epoca romana come la tomba di Cecilia Metella e le catacombe di S. Sebastiano e S. Callisto.
